Joel Wochner

Joel Wochner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Joel began their career as a Senior Associate at DHR International, Inc. in 1994. Joel then worked as an Account Executive at eCompanyStore, where they developed e-commerce buying platforms for Fortune 1000 companies.

In 2001, Joel joined Gerber Systems as an Account Executive, where they focused on reselling and distributing Kronos time and attendance software.

From 2002 to 2011, Joel served as the Founder & CEO of The SRC Group, Inc. (dba Evolve), where they designed and developed custom manufactured apparel programs for Fortune 500 clients. Joel was recognized for their sustainable product development efforts and won awards for transitioning Chipotle's uniform program to 100% organic cotton.

Joel also served on the Board of Directors for various nonprofit organizations such as Textile Exchange and Mile High Chapter, American Red Cross. Joel contributed to their mission and helped make a positive impact in their respective fields.

In 2013, Joel became an Advisory Board Member for A Precious Child, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for disadvantaged and displaced children in Colorado.

From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Director of New Business Development at CSE (Caliendo-Savio Enterprises, Inc.), where they were responsible for sales training, revenue targets, and overall process improvements. During their tenure, the company's revenue grew by 75%.

Currently, Joel works as the Director - Enterprise Accounts at HALO Branded Solutions. In this role, they focus on building comprehensive solutions for designing company cultures and employee experiences. HALO is a recognized leader in recognition and promotional products and is known for making an impact and standing out in the industry.

Joel Wochner attended the Chicago College of Healing Arts from 1997 to 1999, studying TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Prior to that, they attended the University of Dayton from 1990 to 1994, obtaining a BS degree with a double major in Management and Finance. Their secondary education was completed at Glenbrook North from 1987 to 1990 and Loyola Academy from 1986 to 1987.
