John Wooster

John Wooster has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John most recently worked at HALO Branded Solutions as the Head of Talent since December 2020. Prior to this, they held roles at JLL as the Senior Vice President of Transformation Consulting from July 2019 to December 2020, and as the Vice President of Management Consulting from July 2018 to July 2019. Before JLL, John worked at Trustmark Companies as the Executive Director of Organizational Development from February 2017 to June 2018, and as the Senior Director of Organizational Development from January 2015 to January 2017. John also served as the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Aga Khan University and Hospitals from November 2012 to March 2015, where they worked on strategic talent initiatives for a large division operating in multiple countries. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Strategy Consultant at AECOM from 2010 to 2012, a Project Manager at Aga Khan University and Hospitals from 2008 to 2010, and an Analyst at Bay Area Economics from 2007 to 2008.

John Wooster earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Brown University in the years 2004 to 2007. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, they obtained an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Graduate Certificate from Northwestern University.
