Leslie Behnke has a strong background in business excellence, process improvement, and operational transformation. Leslie most recently worked at HALO Branded Solutions as the Head Lean Six Sigma Business Excellence. Prior to that, they were the President of Leslie Behnke OPX Consulting Inc., where they helped organizations improve their customer experience and business results through transformational and operational excellence. Leslie also has experience as the Vice President of Process Improvement and Service Quality at TD, where they implemented over 1000 operational excellence projects. Leslie also served as the VP of Business Excellence at CIGNA and as the Global Senior Director of Strategic Quality and Business Planning at Motorola Solutions.

Leslie Behnke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French International Studies and Information Science (Rhetoric) from the University of California, Berkeley. Leslie also studied French-International Communication at the Université de Bordeaux.
