Leslie Favela

Leslie Favela has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Leslie began their career in 2012 as a Front Office Coordinator at Regent Surgical Health. Over the years, Leslie took on various roles within the company, including Revenue Cycle Specialist, Revenue Cycle Coordinator, and eventually Revenue Cycle Supervisor. In their supervisor role, they were responsible for managing a team of four revenue cycle specialists and ensuring key performance indicator goals were met. Additionally, they performed audits, provided full revenue cycle services for one ambulatory surgery center, administered HST systems, and played a crucial role in new client implementations and transitions. In 2019, Leslie joined Regent RCM as the Director of Revenue Management, where they remained until 2022. Currently, Leslie works as the Director of Billing Operations at HALO Branded Solutions, starting in October 2022.

Leslie Favela attended Morton West High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a General Studies degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Then, from 2006 to 2008, Leslie attended Robert Morris University - Illinois, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
