Michael Brandt

Michael Brandt has a strong background in data engineering and business intelligence. Michael is currently the VP of Data Engineering at HALO Branded Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rakuten Advertising for a significant portion of their career, starting as a Data Architect in 2008 and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence & Analytics. During their tenure at Rakuten Advertising, they were responsible for leading the data engineering team and driving innovation across data platforms. Michael played a key role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support the company's growth and success. Before joining Rakuten Advertising, they worked at PMSI as the Director of Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence, where they built a team and oversaw development and production support efforts. Prior to that, they were the Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Manager at Eckerd Corporation.

Michael Brandt attended the University of South Florida from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology.
