Nicholas Minekime

Nicholas Minekime has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Nicholas is currently the CEO & Founder of Sunrise Mountain Partners. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Director at Altus Power, Inc., where they were responsible for project development, acquisitions, and project financing. During their tenure, Altus Power developed numerous large industrial rooftop projects and significantly grew their operating solar fleet. Before that, Nicholas served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Solomon Community Solar LLC, where they facilitated the connection between community solar farms and residents supporting renewable energy. Nicholas also worked as a General Partner at True Green Capital Management LLC, where they played a key role in closing deals, project development, and growing the operating fleet. Additionally, Nicholas has experience as a Senior Adviser & Investor at DEPCOM Power, Inc. and as a Principal at Capricorn Investment Group, where they focused on impact investing. Nicholas also contributed to venture capital investments in cleantech, energy technology, and healthcare. Nicholas has served on the board and invested in various companies in the renewable energy sector, including Liquidity Nanotech Corporation, Encell Technology, and Sunpreme.

Nicholas Minekime earned a Bachelor's degree in Chinese and Religion from Williams College, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Nicholas then pursued a Master's degree in Politics at National Chengchi University from 2003 to 2005.
