Renu Agrawal

Renu Agrawal is an accomplished professional with significant leadership experience in both executive and independent director roles. Currently serving as an Independent Director at multiple organizations, including Sunrise Produce Company, Woodruff Sawyer, Luther Burbank Corporation, and Allvue Systems, Renu Agrawal holds key committee positions such as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Compensation Committee at Woodruff Sawyer. Previously, Renu Agrawal held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Institutions Group, as well as heading International Treasury Management Sales and Strategy. Renu Agrawal earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
