Andy McNair

Andy McNair has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Andy worked as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Sunrise Senior Living since 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Kimberly-Clark Professional from 2014 to 2022, including General Manager for ASEAN, General Manager for Home Professional, Partnership Products, & eComm, and Global Chief of Staff. Before joining Kimberly-Clark Professional, they worked at Kimberly-Clark as an Associate Director of Strategy from 2012 to 2013. Andy also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2012. Early in their career, they served as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Sidley Austin from 2003 to 2007 and 2005 to 2007 respectively.

Andy McNair earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2000. Andy later obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School between 2000 and 2003. From 2007 to 2009, McNair pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
