Keith Bown

Keith Bown has a strong background in accounting and finance. Keith most recently worked as the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at Sunrise Senior Living, starting in November 2021. Before that, they served as a Managing Director at Riveron, a national business advisory firm, from December 2019 to October 2021. Prior to Riveron, Keith was the Vice President, Global Head of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy at Hilton Worldwide from November 2016 to June 2019. Keith also has extensive experience at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they held various roles from 2002 to 2016, including Senior Manager and National Office Senior Manager for Real Estate. Keith has led multiple financial statement audits, internal controls evaluations, and advisory services for large public and private companies across various industries. Keith has also been involved in significant transactions such as initial public offerings, debt offerings, and M&A deals.

Keith Bown holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi, which they completed in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Magna cum laude from the same university in 2000. Keith also attended Texas Christian University in 1996-1997. Keith completed their high school education at Little Rock Catholic High School, graduating as the third-ranked student out of a class of 160 in 1996. Keith does not have any additional certifications.
