Kristin Dobak

Kristin Dobak has a wealth of experience in various senior roles. Kristin started their career in 1986 at AT&T, where they served as the Information Management Director. During their time at AT&T, they successfully managed large-scale financial systems projects and led software development and quality assurance teams.

In 1999, Kristin joined Fujitsu Consulting as a Director. In this role, they worked as a senior consultant for national clients, helping streamline and automate their legacy financial systems. Some of their major clients included Verizon, National Public Radio (NPR), and New York City Waste Management.

Since 2005, Kristin has been associated with Sunrise Senior Living, where they held the positions of VP of Accounting (A/P & A/R) and VP of Operations Optimization. In their role as VP of Accounting, they implemented significant changes to transform manual, paper-based A/P processes into a fully automated workflow. Kristin also outsourced document imaging and invoice data capture, resulting in reduced processing expenses.

Currently, Kristin holds the position of VP of Operations Optimization at Sunrise Senior Living.
