Michael Juno

Michael Juno has a diverse and extensive work experience in the senior living and hospitality industries. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, they collaborate with other Vice Presidents to support the growth and success of senior living communities.

Prior to their current position, Michael served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Leisure Care. Michael oversaw all aspects of individual community operations and worked closely with the executive team on corporate operations. Michael also held the role of Vice President, East Coast Operations and Operations Director at Leisure Care.

Before joining Leisure Care, Michael worked at Concurro as the VP of Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the sales cycle, contract negotiations, and product development of assisted living software. Michael also oversaw marketing campaigns and worked closely with the CEO on various business areas.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as the Executive Director at Aegis Senior Living and General Manager at Hilton Hotel. At Aegis Senior Living, they held a leadership role in the daily operations of the community, while at Hilton Hotel, they were responsible for the planning, budgeting, and hiring of staff for the opening of a newly built hotel.
