Michelle Dellatorre has a strong background in talent acquisition and staffing. Michelle started their career in 1996 as a Staffing Consultant and Office Manager at LL Staffing Services. Michelle then worked as a Technical Recruiter at CoreTech Consulting Group from 1997 to 1999, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting new talent. From 2000 to 2002, Michelle worked as a Recruitment Specialist at HR Division, Inc., where they sourced, recruited, and interviewed candidates for client sites locally and globally.
In 2002, Michelle joined Campbell Soup Company as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in Information Technology, Public Affairs, Finance, Corporate HR, and Research and Development departments. Michelle strategically partnered with hiring managers and HR managers to determine the best recruiting practices and was the sole recruiter for Godiva Chocolatier.
Michelle then joined Godiva Chocolatier in 2009 and held various roles, including Staffing Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Leader. In these positions, they led and implemented talent acquisition strategies, managed all aspects of the talent management process, and worked on strategic search initiatives for food and beverage and CPG industries.
In 2020, Michelle became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where they oversaw the talent acquisition function. Michelle is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sunrise Senior Living.
Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in strategic search, sourcing, staffing, and talent selection. Michelle has experience in implementing applicant tracking systems and has been involved in various aspects of the talent acquisition process, including assessments, social media, branding, and talent mapping.
