Patrick McKeon

Patrick McKeon has a diverse work experience in areas of talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition, and human resources. Patrick started their career at Nordstrom as a Merchandise Buyer and later became a Store Manager. Patrick then worked at ASTD as a Manager of Member Services and Benefits. After that, they joined Sunrise Senior Living, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Leadership Development. In these roles, they implemented innovative recruitment strategies, created accountability metrics, and formulated plans for diversity and inclusion initiatives. Patrick also worked as a Human Resources Business Analyst, focusing on operational effectiveness and process improvement.
