Steve McCoy

Steve McCoy currently serves as the Regional Director of Facilities for Sunrise Senior Living, overseeing communities across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts since May 2018. Previously, Steve held roles as Senior Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for the infrastructure and safety of residents and visitors. In addition to responsibilities at Sunrise, Steve has been active in the Wagontown Fire Company as an Engineer and has served as Director for the Rough and Tumble Engineers Historical Association, a non-profit museum dedicated to antique machinery. Steve's earlier career includes serving as a Police Officer in Honey Brook and West Caln Townships. Educational qualifications include an Act 120 Municipal Police Officer degree from Delaware County Community College and a diploma in Academic & Mechanical Drawing from Coatesville Area School District.
