Pamela Arellano

Pamela Arellano is a seasoned property management and business professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Resident Manager at Sunrise Management since September 2021, Pamela has previously owned and operated Gold Country Home Watch, providing scheduled inspections for absentee properties from January 2017 to December 2018. From September 2006 to July 2015, Pamela managed Carlmont Comstock Apartments, overseeing 35 units and developing the first Emergency Preparedness Plan for apartment buildings in Belmont. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems and as President & CEO of On My Way, Inc., which supported single mothers by providing essential household items. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed earlier education at Notre Dame High School and St. Charles Grammar School.
