Jennifer Foster

Jennifer Foster serves as the Head of People Operations and Head of Onboarding at Sunrun since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director of Client Services at Connect the Dots Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in leadership development and coaching, since October 2013. Jennifer's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Sr Manager and Manager of Human Resources at Tween Brands, Corporate Human Resources Manager at DSW, and HR Manager at Organized Living Inc. Early in the career, Jennifer worked as an HR Assistant at International Data Group. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Babson College.
