Paul Hayler

Paul Hayler is currently working as the Talent Acquisition and Learning Development Lead at Sunseeker International Ltd. Prior to this, Paul held various managerial positions at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, including Manager of Pre-Assembly and Assembly Launch, Manager of Launch Co-Ordination, Rolls-Royce New Model Process Leader, Process Area Manager, Zone Leader, and Assembly Technician. Before their tenure at Rolls-Royce, Paul worked as a Bentley Technician at Harwoods Ltd. Paul Hayler holds a HNC in Automotive Engineering from Crawley College.
