Andrew Fleischer

Andrew Fleischer serves as the General Manager at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor since July 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of Resident District Manager at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, managing a $16M account while fostering client relationships to meet performance indicators. Prior experience includes directing dining services at Bon Appetit/Hampshire College, overseeing a $6M foodservice operation, and managing diverse on-campus dining services at Princeton University. Andrew also contributed to dining operations at Yale University as Area Manager and achieved significant cost reductions as General Manager at Bruegger's Bagel Bakery. As a former owner/operator of The Captain's Galley and The Circle Cafe / Tastefully Done Catering, Andrew developed and implemented operational efficiencies, showcasing a robust background in the foodservice industry.
