Tom Lagrasta

Tom LaGrasta currently serves as the Security Manager at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, focusing on the leadership and daily operations of the security and surveillance department. An accomplished professional, Tom has extensive experience as the Owner and Principal of Cedar Pond Investigations since 2008, specializing in various investigations including employment, background, and domestic matters. Additionally, Tom operates as a Contract Investigator for Information Discovery Services and has worked as a Police Instructor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, teaching several critical law enforcement procedures. With a solid background in police work as a Sergeant for the Bridgewater Police Department and previous investigative roles across various organizations, Tom possesses a comprehensive skill set. Educationally, Tom holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has completed other relevant degrees in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security.
