Judy Rodda

Judy Rodda has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota since October 2017. Prior roles include Accounts Receivable at S-One, where Judy managed receivables across four countries, and Talent Resource Lead Expert at JCPenney, responsible for hiring, training, payroll processing, and cash receipt management. As President of Legacy Associates Incorporated, Judy specialized in coaching individuals through career transitions. Judy's previous experience also includes serving as Executive Director for both the Martinsburg-Berkeley Chamber of Commerce and the Warren County Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, program development, and economic development initiatives. Judy holds a BA in Business Administration and Leadership Strategy from Ohio University and multiple certifications in career coaching and leadership development.
