Benjamin Donel

Benjamin Donel has been working in the finance industry since 1994. Benjamin began their career as the CEO of Easy Realty and Loans, EZ Companies, where they were responsible for purchasing distress assets and notes, such as power centers, multi and mix use properties, self storages, gas stations, and carwashes. In 2003, they became the CEO of the Law Offices of Donel & Assoc. In 2016, they founded Sunset Equity Funding, where they currently serve as the Managing Principal.

Benjamin Donel attended Ventura College of Law from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) in Real Estate.
