Dar Holmes has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Sunset Grill Restaurants Ltd. since February 2018. Prior to this role, Dar worked at Cora Ancaster from May 2008 to February 2018, holding the position of Kitchen/Trainer/Fruits. Dar's career in management began at Wendy's, where a managerial role was held from 1992 to 2008. Education includes studies at Mohawk College and Sherwood Secondary.
