Sara Shicoff

Sara Shicoff is an experienced kitchen and restaurant manager with a diverse background in the culinary industry and customer service. Currently serving as Kitchen Manager and Production Lead at Wyld since May 2021, Sara has previously held various leadership roles including Insurance Agent at GEICO from June 2020 to May 2022, and Manager positions at both Loews Ventana Canyon Resort's Flying V Restaurant and Saffron. Additionally, Sara has experience as a General Manager at Reilly Craft Pizza and Drink, and worked as an Assistant Manager at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from The University of Arizona and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
