Chuck Norton has over 30 years of experience in the IT training industry. Chuck started their career as an Account Executive at Egghead Software in 1991 and then worked as a Corporate Marketing Executive at Macmillan in 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Large Account Representative at ASAP, where they managed a client base of over 300 Fortune 500 companies and exceeded monthly sales forecasts.
In 1996, Chuck joined New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as a Certified Instructor and later became the Training Manager and Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating and scheduling training events and managing a team of instructors and operations personnel. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Director of Operations & Training, where they hired and managed a team of managers and oversaw daily operations.
Chuck then became the Director of Customized Solutions at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2006, where they managed a team of senior-level account executives and customized training solutions for enterprise-level accounts. In 2007, they were promoted to the role of General Manager, responsible for 75% of center sales.
Since 2010, Chuck has been the VP of Global Sales at Sunset Learning Institute. In this role, they have been involved in providing world-class IT training and optimizing clients' Cisco hardware investments through a consultative approach. Chuck leads a team that delivers high-quality advanced training and offers customized solutions to meet clients' needs.

Chuck Norton attended Nazareth Regional HS from 1982 to 1986 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Subsequently, from 1986 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies at St. John's University.
