Lisa Jones

Lisa Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of training and development. Lisa started working at Global Knowledge Training in 2005 as a Resource Coordinator, where they were responsible for ensuring proper resources were matched with customer requirements and managing equipment and instructor schedules. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager at Global Knowledge, where they developed product proposals, performed market analysis, and managed product launches. In 2016, they became the Global Product Director-Cisco at Global Knowledge Training, leading the strategic vision and enablement of the Cisco product line portfolio for North America and European markets. Lisa also won Partner Awards for driving year-over-year growth. In 2020, Lisa joined Sunset Learning Institute as the VP Global Portfolio.
