Austin Twichell

Austin Twichell currently serves as a Carrier Sales Representative at Sunset Transportation, having previously held roles in Carrier Sales Support and Operations Support since October 2023. Austin's responsibilities include ensuring adherence to clients' Standard Operating Procedures, scheduling and auditing shipments, and communicating shipment statuses to the team and customers on behalf of assigned Account Managers. Prior to this, Austin worked at Domino's from August 2019 to October 2023 as an Assistant Manager and Customer Service Representative. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from East Central College.
