Derrick Ntale

Derrick Ntale has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management. DERRICK started their career at R1 RCM in 2012, where they focused on improving insurance verification processes, training registrars on payer rules, managing claim denials, and analyzing write-offs. DERRICK then joined Envision Radiology in 2016, where they oversaw the AR department, cash posting operations, and call center operations, among other responsibilities. Currently, they work at Sunshine Behavioral Health as the Head of Revenue Cycle Management, where they oversee various teams involved in capturing benefits, managing authorizations, and overseeing charge capture efforts.

Derrick Ntale began their education journey in 2009 at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. DERRICK graduated from the university in 2012. In 2013, Derrick continued their education at the University of Michigan, this time pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. DERRICK'sMBA studies were completed in 2014. In 2018, Derrick embarked on their doctoral education at Wilmington University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. DERRICK is expected to graduate with a Doctor of Business degree from Wilmington University in 2022.
