Sunday Sotomayor

Sunday Sotomayor has a comprehensive work experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Sunday is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sunshine Behavioral Health, where they lead the HR function and oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, learning and development, HR operations, employee communications, organization development, and talent management. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Delta Dental of Colorado, where they developed and administered HR policies, programs, and services while advising senior leadership on HR issues. Sunday also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Comcast, where they were a strategic HR partner for the Mile High Region Customer Care organization and implemented various initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Sunday's experience also includes roles as VP/Senior Director of HR at Time Warner Cable, HR VP at Adelphia, VP/Executive Director of HR at AT&T Broadband, and Director of HR at MediaOne Group, Inc.

Sunday Sotomayor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Colorado Boulder. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, Sunday pursued a Master of Science (MS) in OD at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
