Kumaravel Dhanushkumar serves as the Assistant Manager of HR Business Partnering at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Banking Assistant at Union Bank of Colombo, focusing on HRIS & MIS Analytics, Employee Benefits, and Employee Engagement from September 2021 to July 2023. Kumaravel has also worked at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC as a Senior Banking Assistant in Recruitment & HRIS from September 2019 to January 2022, and previously at Union Bank of Colombo in talent acquisition and HRIS from September 2017 to September 2019. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Human Resources Executive for Talent Acquisition at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC from January 2015 to 2017. Kumaravel has a solid educational background in Human Resources, holding a professional qualification and diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, complemented by a certificate in Human Resources Management. Academic achievements were completed at St. Anthony's College Kandy from 1999 to 2012.
