Agustin Rojas

Agustin Rojas has had a diverse work experience in the field of business development and catering. Agustin started their career as a Banquet Operations Manager at Volume Services in 2000. In 2001, they joined Centerplate as a General Manager, where they managed banquet operations and had full P&L responsibility for a $1.5 million convention center food service account. In 2006, they became the General Manager of McAllen Convention Center, continuing their responsibility for the food and beverage operation. In 2009, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Business Owner of Five Star Catering, where they handled all business operations, sales, P&L responsibility, HR, training, and marketing. Finally, in 2017, they joined Sunshine International as the VP of Business Development.
