Elodie Benard

Elodie Benard is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as R&D Manager at Sunstar Global since December 2022. Previously, Elodie held roles as a Product Developer at Meilleure Health International Industry Group from October 2020 to October 2022, where significant contributions included extensive research on hemp and CBD and the management of projects from inception to launch. At Galderma, Elodie worked as a Senior Development Scientist, focusing on acne-prone skin formulations, and in earlier roles at LF Beauty and Croda, Elodie developed various skincare and hair care products while also providing technical support and mentoring. Elodie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Formulated Product Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Chemistry from École supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
