Adam Payne

Adam Payne has worked in the engineering field since 2015. Adam began their career as a Graduate Engineering Intern at Protean Electric, where they worked as part of the mechanical design team to refine designs and improve the performance and efficiency of the company's innovative product. In the same year, they joined Dearman as a Graduate Engineer and was responsible for the delivery of major grant funded projects with partners in the UK and across the globe. Adam was later promoted to Senior Project Engineer and then Project Engineer. In 2018, Adam Payne founded Core Guitars LTD. In 2020, they joined Sunswap as Head of Systems Engineering and Lead Project Engineer.

Adam Payne attended the University of Sussex from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Automotive Engineering. Prior to this, they attended Uckfield Community Technology College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained A-Levels in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. In 2015, they also obtained a Solidworks Associate certification from Dassault Systèmes.
