Jackie Kiener

Jackie Kiener is a UX/UI Designer at SunTech since August 2022, specializing in analyzing user data and conducting thorough user research to enhance design improvements. Previously, as a UX Lead at Tech Fleet Community DAO, Jackie played a key role in launching a healthcare web design that significantly reduced development time while mentoring junior designers. Jackie has also collaborated with Unilever’s MELE team as a UX Designer at Design for America and improved usability by 30% through user research and design at The Inclusive Group | IDD Resources. Early career experience includes management at Hidden Hill Hotel, where Jackie increased bookings and achieved Superhost status, and teaching at Singapore School Cebu, focusing on communication and design. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of San Carlos and completed a UX Design course through Coursera.
