Tina Shields

Tina Shields is an experienced Benefits Manager currently working at Suntex Marinas since January 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Tina held various roles at Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos from May 2017 to December 2022, including Assistant Benefits Manager and Benefits Coordinator. Previous experience includes positions at Catholic Community Services of Western Washington as a Human Resources Generalist/Supervisor, and at AAA Residential Services, Inc. as Office Manager, Payroll Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. Additional roles span from Field Auditor at Overland Solutions to HR Assistant at Jamco America, and a range of positions at RadioShack and American Airlines. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership at the same institution. Certifications include a Professional Human Resource credential from HRCI. Tina began formal education in TV/Radio Broadcasting at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
