Colleen Houlihan

Colleen Houlihan is an experienced professional in global total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards, People Solutions & Technology at Suntory Global Spirits since June 2018. Previously, Colleen held various leadership roles at Ingredion Incorporated from June 2012 to June 2018, including Director of Executive Compensation & Global Benefits and Director of Global Benefits & Payroll. Colleen's earlier experience includes strategic leadership positions at Panduit Corp., where roles included Director of Global Rewards & HR Systems, and Senior Manager of Global Compensation, as well as at Boeing and the American Bar Association. Colleen holds a Bachelor's degree in HR from Saint Xavier University and a Master's degree in HR from Loyola University Chicago.
