Sophie Standke

Sophie Standke currently serves as the Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging Business Partner for Europe at Oliver Wyman since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie has been with Beam Suntory since February 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing international diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, leading the International Women in Leadership Employee Group, and serving as the International Senior Manager for Commercial Marketing. Sophie's earlier experience includes a position as Customer Marketing Manager at Nestlé UK & I from April 2013 to December 2016 and as Junior Shopper Marketing Manager at GlaxoSmithKline from April 2012 to March 2013. Sophie earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University Giessen between 2008 and 2010.
