Terry Cole is a seasoned professional in engineering and operational excellence with extensive experience in both the consumer goods and spirits sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director for Global Engineering, Safety, & Operational Excellence at Suntory Global Spirits, Terry Cole leads the development and implementation of global engineering strategies. Previously held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Vice President of Global Beauty Sector Engineering, where responsibilities included revitalizing a large global organization after a significant divestiture and ensuring effective safety and sustainability systems across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. Other notable roles at Procter & Gamble involved providing engineering solutions for major brand categories in Asia and North America. Terry Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
