Theresa Richards is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing innovation, specializing in the spirits industry. Currently serving as the Global Director of Marketing Innovation for the Tequila Portfolio at Suntory Global Spirits since June 2022, Theresa previously held prominent roles at Beam Suntory, where positions included Director of Innovation for Global Tequila RTD and Senior Global Marketing Innovation Manager for Whiskey. Theresa founded North Shore Strategic, LLC, providing marketing consulting services, and has held various brand management roles at SC Johnson & Son, including responsibilities for Ziploc and Glade brands, and at Campbell Soup Company, where Theresa managed sales and marketing for frozen soup.
