Ben Leamon Martinsen, MBA

Ben Leamon Martinsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at ContactPoint, LLC, where they managed independent contractors and improved call quota and quality. In the same year, they also served as the VP of Marketing and Operations at Phoenix Systems, LLC, overseeing marketing ventures and website redesigns.

In 2015, Martinsen joined TruAudio as a Strategic Account Manager and later became an International Sales Manager. Ben Leamon achieved a 42% sales growth for their accounts and expanded the company's market presence from 55 to 96 countries.

Martinsen then held positions at Ubiquiti Networks as a UWN Specialist, where they set strategic directions and analyzed market and customer requirements. Ben Leamon also worked as the Marketing and Sales Specialist at StockRumors, implementing web strategies to increase sales for a subscription-based service.

From 2017 to 2018, they were a Business Development Manager at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC, and in 2018, they served as the Executive VP of International Sales at Sunwarrior.

In 2019, Martinsen was a City Council Candidate for Washington City Utah, running for office. Currently, they hold the position of Executive VP of International Sales at growve since October 2020, where they bring brands to life internationally.

From 2007 to 2009, Ben continued their education at Dixie State University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration.

In 2009, Ben enrolled at Southern Utah University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration. Ben Leamon completed their studies in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ben has also obtained two certifications. In November 2021, they became a Certified Lean Specialist through Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Furthermore, in April 2021, Ben completed a Global Business Management certification program at Salt Lake Community College.
