Matthew Kessell

Matthew Kessell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Matthew began their career as a Senior Support Officer at Suncorp Group, where they were responsible for hardware deployment, desktop support, and IT relocations. Matthew then worked at SPARQ Solutions as a Senior Support Officer, primarily focused on PC and laptop refresh projects. Their role involved traveling to different sites and performing installations for individual users.

Matthew then joined the Department of Housing and Public Works as a Senior Support Officer, where they were involved in the Windows 8.1 deployment and post-support for Programme One. Following that, they worked at eHealth Queensland as a Desktop Support Analyst, providing support services to over 60,000 Queensland Health users statewide.
