Ryan Fugate has a diverse background in the real estate and finance industry, beginning in 2013 when they joined Essex Financial Group as a Commercial Loan Closer and Marketing Associate. In 2015, they worked as a Commercial Escrow Officer for Chicago Title and an Escrow Closer for North American Title. In 2017, they became a Commercial and Residential Associate Closer and Escrow Assistant for Fidelity National Title Company (Colorado). In 2018, they worked as a Licensed Realtor for Forbes + Associates, and in 2019 they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for LUXRE Realty, a Marketing Associate for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, and a Team Member for Whole Foods Market. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst and Billing Collections Manager for Resurgence Behavioral Health, and in 2021 they became an Account Manager for Sunwave, providing an entire operating platform for Addiction Treatment Centers.

Ryan Fugate completed their high school education at Cajon High School. Ryan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Psychology at the University of Redlands, which they completed in 2010.
