Theresa Conti has extensive work experience in the field of retirement planning and administration. Theresa is currently an Executive Committee Officer and Founding Member Firm at The Cerrado Group since March 2021. Prior to that, Theresa was the President of Sunwest Pensions from July 1998. Theresa also founded and served as the President of 3(16) Retirement Solutions, which was a division of Sunwest Pensions and provided 3(16) Fiduciary Services to retirement plan sponsors. Theresa's experience includes being the Director of Plan Administration at Universal Pensions from December 1994 to July 1998, and the Manager of Conversions at Bisys Qualified Plan Services/Ascensus from January 1990 to October 1994.

Theresa Conti, QKA, APR, ERPA, CPFA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration from the University of Scranton, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
