Prior to Sunwing, Rachelle was the Senior Call Centre Manager at Numeris, where oversight of call center management, quality, training, and recruitment was key. Rachelle's career began at Convergys, where a 14-year tenure involved progressive management roles in call center operations for major clients such as FedEx and AT&T WorldNet.
