Ashley Zapp

Ashley Zapp, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Operations at St. Peter's Health Partners since April 2023, after having held the position of Manager of Acute and Post-Acute Care Coordination. In addition, Ashley is the Manager of Care Coordination and CIN APM at INNOVATIVE HEALTH ALLIANCE OF NEW YORK, LLC since February 2021 and has been a Field Instructor and Research Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY since September 2013. Previous experience includes roles as Social Work Supervisor for Acute Care at St. Peter's Health Partners and Clinical Social Worker. Ashley's early career included positions such as Medical Social Worker at Columbia Memorial Health and Intensive Residential Counselor at Coarc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master's Degree in Social Welfare from the University at Albany.
