Paula Bosco

Paula Bosco, JD, MBA, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Activus Risk Management, a firm specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Environmental, Social, Governance & Responsible Investing (ESG), and Diligence services since April 2017. Alongside leadership at Activus, Paula serves as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors at the City University of New York School of Law, where Paula has also chaired the Audit Committee, and is an Advisory Council Member for The Center for Financial Market Regulation. Additional contributions include being a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Securities Law, Regulation & Compliance and holding past executive roles, including Chief Regulatory Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at New Mountain Finance Corporation and New Mountain Capital, LLC. Educational credentials include a JD from the City University of New York School of Law, an MBA in Investment Management & Finance from Pace University, and a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University.
