Timothy Busch is an Associate Professor Emeritus at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where teaching responsibilities include semiconductor devices, modern controls, and senior design, alongside research in cognitive network radios. Busch's previous service includes a distinguished career in the US Air Force Reserve, where roles spanned from IMA to the Commander 66 ABG at Hanscom AFB to Commander of 30 APS, focusing on aircraft maintenance, logistics, and engineering until 2015. Additionally, during tenure as a research engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory, significant contributions were made as chief engineer in the Information Directorate, overseeing research in command and control systems, multi-agent systems, and free-space laser communications. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Binghamton University and an MS in the same field from Syracuse University.
