Aki Koski

Aki Koski is an experienced UX professional currently serving as a UX Manager at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy since January 2022, leading UX strategy to enhance digital interfaces and user satisfaction. Prior to this role, Aki held various positions at If Insurance from February 2014 to January 2022, including Nordic Product Owner, where responsibilities included defining and prioritizing the Nordic development backlog. Aki's extensive background also includes significant roles at Idean from October 2007 to January 2014 as Lead Designer and Senior Designer, and earlier experience at WM-data and Icon Medialab as a Usability Consultant and Usability Specialist, respectively. Aki holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampere, completed in 1996.
