Heikki Koivula

Heikki Koivula is the current director of risk decisions at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. Heikki has also previously held the position of director of business insight at Enento Group from January 2010 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the overall Nordic responsibility of Business Insight Business Area (+50% of Group revenues, +70MEUR) in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, including focus in Nordic Business and organization development, change management, product development, P&L delivery, pricing and sales support. Heikki was also an executive team member, with tasks in Group strategy planning and execution, investor relations, M&A´s and strategic partnership development.

From January 2000 to December 2009, Koivula was the vice president of mortgage finance at OP Bank Group Central Cooperative. In this role, they were responsible for overall responsibility of business and product development, P&L, sales management and market share goals set in OP Financial Group strategy for home mortgages (collateralized lending, home equity products). Heikki was also responsible for product, service, process, price and competence development for the different distribution channels.

Heikki Koivula has a corporate entrepreneurship degree from Stanford University and an Executive MBA from University of Jyväskylä. Heikki also attended University of Tampere from 1925-2018 and Kearsley High School.

They work with Eleonor Öhlander - Director, HR, Siri Hane - Director, SME and Consumers, and Elina Stråhlman - CFO. Their manager is Jukka Ruuska, CEO.
