Jerry Rappe

Jerry Rappe has a diverse work experience history. Jerry started their career at Paulig Group in 2015 as a summer employee in customer service. Jerry handled customer inquiries through telephone and email and performed administrative tasks using the Sap system. In 2020, they joined Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut as a Human Resources Trainee, where they gained experience in HR administration and recruitment processes. Jerry then transitioned into a Human Resources Consultant role within the same company, where they focused on the industry, logistics, and construction sector. Their responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, handling HR administrative duties, and maintaining communication with clients and employees. Currently, Jerry works at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy as a Human Resources Specialist, joining in 2022.

Jerry Rappe obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, Jerry also participated as an exchange student at Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, focusing on Work design and HR management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Management of growth company at the University of Vaasa, which they expect to complete in 2024.
