Maija Paikkala

Maija Paikkala has extensive experience in the media sector, currently serving as Key Account Manager and Business Developer at Suomen Tietotoimisto STT since March 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing STT Media Services and STT Digihub. Previously, Maija held positions as Head of Media Services and Project Manager at STT, focusing on editorial systems and client cooperation projects from March 2008 to December 2013. Early in the career, Maija worked as a Project Assistant on the editorial system (Neo) project and as a Journalist covering domestic and economic news, including night shifts. Prior experience includes serving as a Sports Reporter at Yleisradio from April 2004 to March 2008. Maija holds a Master of Theology degree with a specialization in Church and Social Studies from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
